Shipping and Delivery
Our products are shipped SAME DAY if the order is placed BEFORE 2:00 P.M. EST, with the exclusion of Saturdays and Sundays. Tracking information will be provided. Items will be shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is verified that the USPS has accepted the package. Saturday shipping is not guaranteed, although we do typically get most orders out that are placed after Friday’s deadline. WE CANNOT SHIP TO AREAS WHERE KRATOM IS BANNED. Due to state regulations we are unable to ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin. The FDA has not approved Kratom as a dietary supplement. We do not ship to the following US locations where Kratom is restricted: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Ohio, Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS).
