If you navigated to this page, you probably have not ordered from us before or recently. We have instructions right above the “Place Order” button during checkout, but some people seem to miss it. Just know that you’re not alone!
BEFORE CHECKING OUT, PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR BIRTH YEAR OR OTHER UNNECESSARY INFORMATION IN THE “COMPANY” SECTION OF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF YOU USE YOUR BROWSER’S AUTO-FILL OPTION TO ENTER YOUR ADDRESS, IT WILL TYPICALLY FILL SOMETHING IN THE “COMPANY” SECTION THAT IS NOT PART OF YOUR ACTUAL ADDRESS. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER!
Here are the payment methods we offer:
eCheck: This method is as safe and secure as using a debit card. All you have to do is enter your routing and checking account number on the checkout page, similar to how you would enter card information. Orders over $100 may take 1-2 days to process using this method but we will ship as soon as the payment clears. Our ACH/eCheck system processes transactions electronically so there are no long waiting periods for your payment to go through. Your checking information is not able to be stored or accessed by Kraydo Organics LLC and is fully encrypted using SSL Encryption. By using this service you agree that if a check is returned(such as NSF or invalid account), you will be responsible for a $50 bounced check fee plus the amount of the bounced check. We have the right to collect the amount any way we see fit in compliance with federal law.
Venmo: If you wish to pay via Venmo, please email (email@example.com) or text us (585-420-6828) your username and we will send you the payment request.
Facebook Pay: You can go HERE to send your payment via Facebook Pay. PayPal accounts can also be attached to your Facebook Profile. If you are not on our friends list, please be sure to send a friend request. Otherwise, your payment message may go to “filtered messages” and not be seen until we check in the evening. To make the payment using this method, you simply:
- Click on the “message” button once you load the profile
- Click the ($) or “Payments” icon at the bottom of the chat window
- Enter the amount and payment information
- BE SURE TO LEAVE THE MEMO/NOTES SECTION COMPLETELY BLANK. The only time you should put something in the memo/notes would be if the order is in someone else’s name. In that case please put JUST the name of the individual whose name is on the order.
Apple Pay: Please contact us first if you wish to use this method.
Zelle: Once your order is submitted, PLEASE LEAVE THE MEMO/NOTES SECTION COMPLETELY BLANK in Zelle and send the payment to:
Cash App: If you wish to pay via Cash App, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text us (585-420-6828) your username once your order is submitted and we will send you the payment request.
Cryptocurrency (10% DISCOUNT): We accept almost all forms of Cryptocurrency. We will automatically deduct 10% from your total when providing you the pay link. Send us an email (email@example.com) with the subject line “CRYPTO PAY” or text (585-420-6828) once your order is submitted and we will give you a cart link to checkout online using your preferred digital currency.
PayPal: Sometimes we do have a PayPal option available. If none of the other payment methods work for you, please reach out to us and we will give you further instructions and information on availability.
Money Order: Please let us know if you’d like to use this method. After submitting your order, you can send the money order to:
P.O. Box 668

IF YOU’RE NOT PAYING USING AN eCHECK:
There is a box on the bottom-right section of the checkout page near the “Place Order” button that tells you to enter your preferred payment method (see image below). Please enter your preference and then contact us accordingly after placing your order.
We’re here to help! Let us know if you’d like any further assistance with any of these methods!
